The Bee was founded in 1968 under the company name "Busy Bee Industrial Co.,Ltd" manufacturing plastic toys to the European and American markets. From the 70's to the early 80's, Busy Bee had owned three factories in Hong Kong. In 1986, due to China's reformation and opening up, and Hong Kong's economic restructuring, Busy Bee took this chance to move the production lines from Hong Kong to Shenzhen. With the rapid development of China and increase of operation costs, in 2008, Busy Bee started to make transition to food, health care, medical , pet care products business.

In 2017, Busy Bee International Ltd was established to search for  wide range of high quality healthy food, beauty , pet and medical products from overseas. Busy Bee's customers are now over Mainland China, Hong Kong and Macau. They include brand owners, product developers, importers and wholesalers.
